I’m looking for a friendly, professional female to share my home with. I own the property, but it’s really important to me that this feels like a true shared home—not just a landlord-tenant setup.

​The flat is just a 7-minute walk from Norwood Junction station with fantastic connections. 10 mins to London Bridge / 30 mins to Victoria. One direct line on the Overground to Whitechapel, Hoxton, and Shoreditch. Direct trains to both Gatwick (30 mins) and Luton Airport—perfect for a quick getaway!

​Local Life: A Sainsbury’s is right next door for essentials, with larger supermarkets a 20-minute walk away (or you can hop in the car with me for the weekly shop!).

​I’m a 36-year-old New Zealander with a busy, active lifestyle.

​The Adventure Side: I run a group that organizes adventure holidays and long weekends for women. If you love the outdoors, you're more than welcome to join!

​Health & Fitness: I like staying fit and active, so I’m often out and about, trying to be productive.

​Downtime: When I’m home, I love a good thriller or mystery book. I’m quite social but also really value my own space and a peaceful environment.

​I’m looking for a "socially semi-detached" dynamic—someone, ideally similar age or mindset, who is independent but happy to catch up over a meal or a movie.

​Your Room: A fully furnished double room. I’m currently upgrading the furniture with brand-new, larger pieces to make it even more comfortable.

​Living Area: Large, bright, open-plan living space with a great outdoor patio for morning coffees.
