Chill 24 year old looking for someone cool to come and share the flat with. Im out a lot so you might not see me much 🤣

Extremely well located flat! Situated 5 minutes walk from Norwood Junction Station. (There is a fast train into London Bridge that takes 12 minutes.)

Flat is very close to local shops and supermarkets, there is a 24 hour garage/shop within a 30 second walk. Norwood lakes and South Norwood Country Park are not far as well.

The flat has a brand new kitchen that has built in appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.) We have central heating throughout and USB plug sockets in both bedrooms and kitchen to charge any phones etc. The bathroom is also brand new and has rainfall or normal shower head for a lovely experience, alongside heated LED mirror! (All high spec)
The bedroom is newly carpeted with brand new bed frame + mattress.

I am a professional Football Coach and I enjoy going to the gym in my spare time. I want someone similar who is easy-going, friendly and respectful of space.

There is some furniture already in the room. It is your choice whether you'd like to keep or bring in your own. (Except the bed.)
