I’m looking for a friendly, respectful female housemate who is easy to live with and takes pride in where they live. I’m quite a positive, easy-going person and enjoy a relaxed home environment, so it would be nice to live with someone who has a similar vibe, someone who says hello, communicates well, and doesn’t feel like a stranger in the house.

The house is a clean, tidy and comfortable 3-bedroom home with a garden. I like to keep the space light, airy and well looked after, so it’s important to me that whoever moves in is also clean and mindful of shared spaces. It’s a no-shoes home and more of a calm environment rather than a party house. Occasional guests are absolutely fine, but it’s not a space for hosting regularly.

The room is a spacious double and comes with full access to the house, including the living room. All bills are included.

The location is great, close to Norwood Junction station and Harrington Road tram stop, with easy access into central London. South Norwood Lakes, the park, and local shops are all nearby.

This would suit someone who has a regular routine and enjoys having a comfortable, peaceful home to come back to. I do enjoy music and a good atmosphere at home, so it would be ideal to live with someone who is similar and respectful of shared living.

Rent is £1100 per month including bills.
