Available from 17th May. Rent 700 a month (not including bills, but gas is on meter so only pay for what we need and electricity is only around £40/50 per month, plus council tax.)

Close to all the ammenities, with corner shop across the road, pub down the street, and 10/15 minute walk to Norwood Junction station which in turn leads to a short 10/15 train to London bridge station, so easy access into Central London.

Bus routes to East Croydon station is only 10/15 minutes away and a 5 minute walk to woodside tram stop means access to stations in many ways. Aldi next to train station and a Tesco express just down the road.

My name is Adam, originally from Glasgow, and looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. I have a 3 yo cat, Lexie, so must be okay with that.
