I have had to move out of my shared rental property and am looking to find someone to take over my tenancy. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living room and a spacious balcony. Only 10 mins walk from Norwood Junction, with frequent trains to London Bridge that take only 10 mins, transport to central London is very easy while maintaining an affordable price.

The property will be shared with two other flatmates who are clean and respectful, they are partners so will most likely keep to themselves, but are also social and easy going, so very easy to get along with. Bills and internet will be split equally with them.

The bed shown in the photo is not the current bed in the property, but I am unable to get photos at the moment due to being in another part of the country. I am open to discussing furniture options, I have dressers as well that I am happy to leave with you if you would like.
