2 double bedrooms available on the top floor of this 3-bedroom duplex flat near Norwood Junction on a 1 year joint tenancy agreement. Both rooms come with built-in wardrobes, loft windows, with a shared bathroom on the same floor. 1 room comes with double bed frame and mattress, the second room comes with a double bed frame for your own mattress.
On the main floor is a spacious, light, open-plan communal kitchen and living room. There is a communal garden nearby. The flat was renovated during lockdown and has been kept in really good condition since. Both rooms are available to move in from Thursday 15th August.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Norwood Junction with direct trains to London Bridge, London Victoria and Croydon. Gatwick, Stansted and Luton Airports are easily accessible via the Thameslink Rail from Norwood Junction and is also on the Overground network. Local bus routes include Streatham, Croydon, and Waterloo. Off-street parking is available in front of the property which can be secured with an annual parking permit.

There are plenty of beautiful green spaces within walking distance including South Norwood Country Park and Crystal Palace and there are some great local pubs, cafes and a yoga studio around the corner. Sainsbury’s and Aldi are both a short walk from the flat.

Bills are between £118-140 summer to winter (depending on gas use). If you're happy to take on managing a bill or two that would be great :)

About me (current tenant):
I work full-time in non-profit arts and from home a couple of days a week in my own space. I spend my downtime cooking, practicing yoga, fitness, reading, hiking, out in London seeing live music, art and film. I tend to socialise away from the flat but like to catch up over a meal or glass of wine time.

It's a friendly flat for those who are happy either way to socialise or appreciate time to themselves. Its quiet during the week and would suit someone who enjoys their sleep :)

About the Landlords (Justyna & Kojo):
We are a couple who lived at the property a few years ago and see it as a well-kept home with a lovely atmosphere. We would like to have responsible and engaged tenants, who will live peacefully and responsibly within the property, with equal responsibility and rights for the maintenance and upkeep of the entire flat shared equally among tenants.
