Hey there👋 I have a double room with an ensuite available for £800 pcm including bills based in South Norwood.

I’m looking for someone to rent out my spare room, it’s only me and a cute cat in the flat so it’s a pretty chill environment. It’s my place so if there’s any issues I will be there haha!

There’s a spacious living/kitchen/dining room and one main bathroom but you’ll have your own en-suite for extra privacy. There is also a big shared garden but it’s only really me and the other downstairs neighbour that use it so it’s pretty private overall.

The flat is located in a nice quiet close but only a 10 minute walk away from the Norwood Junction station and the high street.

I’m a friendly and fun lady in my late 20s working in a creative field 😊 hoping to find a nice likeminded person to share my space with!
