Private loft and living room area within SE London House (Bills included).

You will have a lovely separate space within our house. The bedroom is in the private loft area with it's own peaceful study/living room area (see pictures). There is a shared kitchen and bathroom (with 2 bathrooms in the house). You would also have access to our delightful, leafy, green garden.

We are in the buzzy area of South Norwood, with great amenities and a stones throw away from Crystal Palace. The house is a short walk to Norwood Junction station, which is one stop to London Bridge (10 mins). There are direct trains to London Victoria and the Overground goes straight to Shoreditch High Street (45mins) and Highbury & Islington. Direct trains to Gatwick (30mins).

We live close to the South Norwood clock tower hub and it’s vibrant village feel with a regular farmer’s market, restaurants, pubs, cafes, nearby delis and a yoga centre.

A better gym is on our doorstep and local supermarkets include: Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local & Aldi. There is also a local doctors surgery and pharmacy. It is only a short walk to South Norwood Country Park with a lake, wetlands, nature reserve, cafe and a park run every Saturday.

We are a relaxed, professional couple. The room and amenities are perfect for someone who would enjoy their own space within our home.

Transport

Norwood Junction - (10 minute walk) 12 minute train to London Bridge, Overground to Surrey Quays on the Jubilee Line (40mins) & Shoreditch High Street (45mins) Highbury & Islington, trains to Victoria and West/East Croydon. Direct trains to Gatwick (30mins).

Harrington Road - (5 minutes) Tram stop to East Croydon in 14 minutes, Wimbledon, Beckenham Junction.

Elmers End - (10 minute walk through the country park) 30 minute train to Charing Cross, Lewisham, Kent, Cannon Street.

Frequent buses towards Crystal Palace, Peckham, Croydon, 176 to Tottenham Court Road and 196 to Elephant & Castle are close by.

Free on street parking (permit free) outside the house.
