Short term let - 2 double beds, bills included

Hi,
2 double bedrooms in my 3 bed house with 1.5 bathrooms, shared living, kitchen and garden available until mid-October.
You don’t have to commit to both rooms, if one is good enough for you I can re-list the other one. One room has a desk and 32’ monitor the other has enough wardrobe space for 2 adults.

Should you wish to share the room with another adult there is a £50pcm surcharge for the additional energy, water and wear & tear.

This could suit someone who wants to test out living in the area before committing to something more long-term.
Maybe to bridge the gap between your current living situation and next.

Carpets are brand new so shoes off to maximise longevity.

Public Transport
It’s a 10 minute walk to Norwood Junction station which is 13 mins to London Bridge (Southern and Thameslink) London Overground also runs to Highbury & Islington via Canada Water. If there is a strike more often than not something is running due to Gatwick airport being on the same service. If in the unlikely event something else happens many alternatives exist, there is a tram every 10mins which takes 15mins to East Croydon from Harrington Rd. Alternatively at the other end of the Country Park, Elmers End runs to Victoria via Lewisham. In 8 years of living in NJ I’ve never failed to get into town with the public transport options.

Private Transport
* ZIPCAR blue zone is on the other end of the Love Lane “bunny hole” foot tunnel.
* There are no residents permit parking restrictions outside the house should you wish to park your vehicle.
