1 of us lives in the top floor so most of the house is shared by just 2.

Fabulous cosy double room – with built-in / fold-away desk.
Currently has a bedside table, set of drawers, shelves and a shelving system.
Huge bathroom on same floor, with bath and large shower.
3 Loos in entire house! Two Showers. One Bath - so no fighting for the bathroom!!
Room available is on middle floor of the property – 3 stories.

Large sitting room, glorious garden as well as the downstairs/outdoor loo – which is decorated to full indoor-loo spec!

COSTS & TENANTS . . .
1 Month deposit + Month rent in advance.
Includes all bills.
Sharing with 2 others – one male, one female. Friendly, happy, keep selves to selves, occasional socials, smoking in garden, bbq’s + funshine! 😊
