Flat share in 1 bedroom flat in South Norwood, available for short-term let. Bright, spacious, double bedroom, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and reclining chair. Shared kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine available for use. Shared bathroom with bath and electric shower.

Sharing with non- smoking owner who will be working from home some of the time, is friendly but respects boundaries and personal space. Enjoys listening to music on weekends (mainly house & jungle) but is respectful of neighbours and noise during unsociable hours. Usually in bed by 9pm on weekdays. Vegetarian, who enjoys cooking and eating well. I am looking for someone similar who cleans up after themselves and has the same levels of respect for flatmate and neighbours.

Available for short-term holiday let bookings 3-6 months. Room only, no guests allowed.

Flat is located in a great area with many green spaces locally. Within a few minutes walk to beautiful South Norwood lakes and just 20 minutes from the famous Crystal Palace park with another lake, maze, and more beautiful surroundings. 20 minutes walk in the other direction you will discover South Norwood country park.

Great transport connections to central London. Norwood junction train station 10 minute walk. Crystal Palace station 20 minute walk. Both with Overground and trains to central London, including London Bridge, Clapham Junction, and Victoria. Norwood Junction provides a train to Gatwick airport in just 30 minutes.

10 minute walk to buses to Brixton and Elephant & Castle. 410 bus stop 5 minute walk away, to get to East Croydon within 20 minutes for main shopping centre and trains to Brighton and the coast.
