Hello,
I’m renting out a newly furbished single room in my 2-bedroom flat on the second floor in South Norwood.

The house is ca 8 minutes’ walk from Norwood Junction train station and 5 mins walk from Selhurst train station with express trains into London Bridge or Croydon, as well as Southern services to London Victoria, and London Overground to Shoreditch and Whitechapel.
Supermarkets such as Aldi/Sainsburys are all close by and there is a small Park 6 minutes away from the house. South Norwood High Street with coffee shops and other amenities is ca 10 mins away.
You will only be sharing with one person. I’m sharing kitchen, bathroom and dining area. I’m looking for a full time professional/student who is friendly and tidy.
Bills are fully inclusive (gas, electricity, water, council tax and WIFI).
There is also a green community space behind the building.
