We’re looking for a responsible and quiet individual or couple to rent our one bedroom flat in the South Norwood / Crystal Palace area (it’s an 8min walk from Norwood Junction station).

This generously sized flat is on the top floor of a converted Victorian mansion. It has a separate kitchen adjacent to the living room. The bedroom leads to additional attic space that is great for storage.

The flat was fully refurbished only a couple of months ago. It’s bright and sunny thanks to it being on the top floor. The neighbours are lovely and super friendly, and you’ll have access to a massive shared garden also.

The flat is a quick 8min walk to Norwood Junction station with easy transport links to central London. The non-stop fast train to London Bridge is 11min, and the station also serves the Overground to Highbury & Islington via New Cross and Whitechapel. There are lovely shops and cafes near the station and on the high street with Aldi and Tesco close by.

We’re a queer couple in the arts and academia who are abroad for work long-term. We’re looking for mature and responsible individuals to take care of our flat. While having the odd dinner with friends is totally fine, this is a quiet residential home so parties or having tons of people over constantly are not an option.

The rent is £1,600pcm plus bills. The deposit is one month’s rent. You’ll be signing a lodger agreement with us.
