House available for 3 month let

We are looking for a highly responsible individual or couple to rent our home for 3 months, from early October to early January. Ideal if you're in London temporarily or need somewhere while you look for a more permanent home.

The room available is a large double, within our 3 bedroom house. We will be away a lot so the occupant(s) will also have sole use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden most of the time.

This is our home so we are looking for people who will take care of it. No party animals please!

The house is fully furnished and equipped, with fibre broadband. All bills are included.

Less than 10 minutes walk to Norwood Junction train station which has excellent connections to central London and beyond (12 minutes to London Bridge, direct trains to Victoria, St Pancras, Gatwick and other major stations). Off street parking available for a small car, otherwise ample on-street parking in front of the house.
