Cosy Room with Garden, 12min to London Bridge

I have a cosy spare bedroom available to rent in a welcoming and relaxed home.

You'll be sharing the flat with me and my cat, Cleo (who firmly believes she's the queen of the house!). We're both friendly, tidy, and easy-going. I enjoy socialising and a good chat, but I also value independence and respect personal space.

The flat offers plenty of room for two people to live comfortably. It features:
- A spacious living room with a TV, sound system, desk, and dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher
- A beautiful, peaceful garden with an apple tree and homegrown courgettes
Additional storage space can be arranged if needed

There's also a fully soundproofed, air-conditioned garden office, which may be available for use at an additional cost (we can discuss).

I'm usually out during the day, apart from Tuesdays when I work from home. I'm looking for a housemate with a similar lifestyle: friendly, considerate, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
