I am open to both a short let (the rate is £40 per night) and can also accommodate someone looking for somewhere secure/long term (with the possibility of sharing meals/socialising etc!)

I have a fulfilling life balanced with work, socialising, hobbies and relaxing at home.

Nearby we have South Norwood Country Park, South Norwood Lakes and Crystal Palace Park.

Amenities:
There are small supermarkets within a ten minute walk and the larger stores are easily accessible by walking (30 minutes) bus or tram (10-20 minutes).

Transport:
The closest station is Norwood Junction, about a ten minute walk. Elmers End is about a 20 minute walk across the park. There's also two tram stops close by.
If you cycle into Central, it's easily done in 45 minutes. I'd be happy to show you the way!
