Large room now in large modern flat all bills incl

I am a single professional queer person with a house rabbit. I live in a purpose built block which was only completed about 7 or 8 years ago. The flat is very spacious with a large open plan living/dining/kitchen. The flat also has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a gas stove and a gas boiler for hot water and central heating. There is a a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The open plan living room has windows facing west so it gets lovely evening sun and the bedrooms both have windows facing east and get morning sun to wake up to. There is a balcony off the bedrooms at the back which you would have your own access to from your bedroom.

The double room available is a very good size double room with plenty of space and lots of storage, with 2 wardrobes, a full double bed with under-bed storage, a large chest of drawers, 2 small chests of drawers and a desk.

I have my own en-suite so I only use the 'shared' bathroom infrequently. Absolutely all bills are included, along with Sky TV including Sky cinema and all streaming services.

I work from home most of the time but do go into the office 1 or 2 days a week. I do also work very occasionally as a drag queen. I do have a free roam house rabbit, but she is very cute and very friendly.

I would prefer a female or LGBTQ+ person to share my home with. I am very social but respect people's privacy. You would be welcome to make the flat your home and use all shared spaces.

Although I am a social smoker and smoke sometimes, I do not smoke inside the flat ever.

I would potentially consider couples, but an increase in rent would need to be discussed.
