- 🚉 It is located in South Norwood, literally 10-12 minutes walk from Norwood Junction Station and about 15-17 minutes walk to East Croydon station, with trains running in key locations such as London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction, Gatwick airport.
- 🚎 Plenty of buses right outside the house, with the 197 being my favourite as it runs "almost" 24hours. Buses are running at both Norwood Junction and East Croydon station. Buses: 197-312-130
- 🚊2 tram stops literally 5 and 7 minutes walk which give you the freedom of travelling between Elmers End, Beckenham Junction, East Croydon, West Croydon, Wimbledon.

Did I get your attention yet? As a professional, working in Central London, location is very important for me due to accessibility in key train stations.

- A very warm 3 bedroom house with a very classic/modern look, ideal for those who seek a quiet place to enjoy, live and go to work.

👋 I am looking for 3 amazing professionals (1 for each room) that will enjoy this place and take care of it as much as me. Clean and tidy people are on top of my list!
🐶🐾I love dogs, so if you have one, then I am happy for you to bring your little friend in. I do not mind "visitors" as long as they respect us. Non smoking house.

- The rooms can be unfurnished for the price of £950 per month or £1000 fully furnished. Have in mind that you already have wardrobes, drawers and plenty of storage in both rooms. 2nd room has a desk.
- Single room £650 per month fully furnished.
- All bills are included APART from electricity/gas which will be divided by 3 every month. Very cheap anyway.
- Bills included are Council tax, Water, Internet Full fibre
- 🚗 If you have a car, the driveway is your place. Plus one more car space in front of the driveway. So enough space for your cars. Plenty of unrestricted parking on the road anyway.
- The property is in the process of being furnished with a sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and TV stand.

🛒🏋‍♂️🥙Plenty of shops and pubs just around the corner... Gym and swimming pool. Massive parks right next of the house.
