Freshly renovated Double Garden Room

Welcome to my lovely garden flat in South Norwood, 6 mins from Norwood Junction station.

About me, Hi there, I am Erin, I'm 41 I am a professional freelancer PR Director and also a qualified massage therapist. I am single and active, I love fitness and seeing friends and my family. I am originally from London so I do tend to visit family often for days at a time. I am on the liberal side and from a multicultural family and I welcome all cultures and faiths :)

I am looking for a female housemate to share my flat with. I have a newly renovated double bedroom to let. I welcome you to adapt the room as you need. I also welcome working from home and have a really good desk in my bay window in my living room which I don't use so much at the moment so you have a separate working space to your sleeping space if you need to work from home.

I have a big garden with side access and love to have parties and friends over to share the space and you are encouraged to as well. I also am so lucky to have wonderful next door neighbours (two girls) and we socialise together.

Norwood Junction is five minutes walk away. Selhurst is a short bus ride away. We have the brilliant South Norwood boat lake and grounds which I love to walk around. Crytsal Palace park is about a 20 minute walk away and I spend a lot of time on Crystal Palace triangle and the surrounding areas.
