The house already has two male tenants with one live in landlord.
There are two bathrooms but one bathroom is shared for the two tenants and for you if you join meaning just three people will have this bathroom.

All bills are included! The kitchen is shared but there is a mini fridge in your room.

We are looking for a professional person who is working and just wants a comfortable place to relax afterwards.

The arena tram link is 4 minutes walking distance away.
Norwood junction train is 15 minute walking distance.

The area is quiet and residential.
