THE FLAT
The flat is on the ground floor of a converted mock tudor house, on a lovely quiet road in South Norwood, Its lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated with a modern yet vintage feel. The living room and kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the living room has a comfortable double sofa. There is a smart TV for watching Netflix & Amazon Prime. The bathroom is brand new with a large shower. There is also a driveway with a space for 3 cars (2 spaces already taken).

There is also a small secluded south facing garden which is a little suntrap during the day with a BBQ and fire pit and a table and seating for two.

THE ROOM
Situated at the back of the flat , the large room has a double bed, an armchair, chest of draws and a built in double wardrobe and shelves.

You are more than welcome to add your own TV in the bedroom. There is no TV license for the flat so you would need to purchase one.

LOCAL AMENITIES

The connection into central London is excellent. There is a one stop FAST train from Norwood Junction to London Bridge that takes 13-16 minutes. You can get to Farringdon, Blackfriars, St Pancras, City ThamesLink and Shoreditch High Street in around 30 mins. There are also good connections to Victoria, East London, East Croydon, Gatwick Airport, Brixton, Crystal Palace and West Norwood as well as Sydenham and Penge.

The high street in South Norwood is up and coming and we now have a fantastic yoga studio, a Mama Dough pizza place, a vegetarian/vegan cafe and another few nice places to eat as well as a lovely pub with beer garden (and they serve good food!). There is also a great craft beer cabin. Crystal Palace is within a short walking or bus distance and has plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. There is a small Tesco and large Aldi and Sainsburys within walking distance of the flat.

ABOUT ME
I own a dog walking business and I also have my own dog, Milo. I love to cook at home and have friends over for dinner. I also like to travel the UK and beyond and often go away on weekends. I love to go out dancing and to the cinema as well as going on walks and seeing my family and friends. I also enjoy seeing live music in and around London and going to festivals.

I'm looking for someone that is laid back and respects the flat as their own, cleaning up after themselves, is happy to sometimes cook/eat together and hang out at home together as well as having your own social circle. Would also be great if you like dogs and would want to spend time with Milo on the odd occasion I am out and about as he loves company!
