Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a clean and friendly housemate for a relaxed house share in Norwood Junction. The room is available now!

The room is a bright enormous double (8m by 4m) in a newly refurbished house on a nice quiet road near the high street. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Housemates share the bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room and there is a front and back garden with parking outside. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer- and even has two fridges!

We're a four minute walk to Norwood Junction Station and the High Street which means that you have everything you need very close by. The train is just 20 minutes to London Bridge, 5 minutes to West Croydon and buses that go to Thornton Heath, Elephant and Castle, Brixton, Pekham and Croydon (130, 196, 197, 312).

Council Tax and a cleaner are included in the rent and housemates split the rest of the bills (gas, electric, broadband)

We're looking for someone who is clean and friendly and looking for a relaxed home. There is a happy balance in the house so we're looking for someone who will be respectful of the house and the people in it. If this sounds like you then get in touch.
