Double room with built in wardrobe in 2 bedroom h

I'm a working mum looking to rent a double room in my house. Ideally looking for a student or a busy professional.
I'm pretty much relaxed and accommodating.
The room is furnished but you can add your touch to it if desired.
I'm close to a bus stop that goes to Brixton, croydon, Crystal palace and many more. Few minutes walk to Norwood junction train station and 15mins to central London by train.
It's a quiet close so no noise.
