Good size double room. After a change in circumstances my flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone new.
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat in a small friendly building. It is pretty quiet as it is set on a no through-fare road, however is safe to get home to late at night. There is a 24 hour concierge in the development.
It would be ideal for someone working at
Canary Wharf or in the city who needs
somewhere to stay during the working week.
Communal areas:
The lounge is a decent size with balcony. There is also a dining table. The kitchen is also a good size and has your normal mod cons including a washing machine.
Bedroom:
A good sized double room with a double bed. There is a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and a chest of drawers. There is additional storage in the bedside tables.
The room also has a tv and hair dryer. All bedding can be supplied if needed.
Included in the rent is all your bills (excluding phonecalls) and broadband.
The flat is in a good location. It is less than a 10min walk to canary wharf station (zone 2 jubilee line/dIr) or a 10-15 min walk from the Elizabeth Line station. South quay DLR is only a 5 min walk away giving good links into the city or down to Greenwich etc. There are also several bus routes near the flat. There is underground parking which may be arranged directly with the concierge for an additional charge - I can find out more information if needed about this. The flat is close to the A13, A12 and Blackwell tunnel for easy links out of the city. It is also a short journey to city airport on the DLR.
There are loads of restaurants and bars/pubs in the local area and mudchute park is just down the road.
Greenwich and the river walkway are also close by.
The nearest supermarket is a 24 hours Asda (about 10 min walk) though there is a Tesco express and a small Co-op about 2 mins walk from the property. There is a Waitrose and lots of other shops on the Canary Wharf complex.

I am a laid back easy going person. I am a
professional and want to share with a
professional only. I am fairly clean and tidy and would expect the same however im not obsessive over this! I am respectful of other peoples space and although I would be happy to chat with other people I also like having time alone.
