I am a sub-landlord of a beautiful 2 bedrooms flat in South Quay, Canary Wharf, owned by my family. Now I have a room available on Sunday, 6 December 2025! Professional is preferred and this room is for FEMALE ONLY. Student is fine as long as you are respectful and don’t have frequent house parties.

The room have a personal bathroom just in front of it. Flat is located on the GROUND FLOOR, with huge balcony ❤️ Perfect for summer time!

About the flatmate:
I am an expat in London, working as a senior marketing manager for a sport media agency, originally from Indonesia, and I have been living with flatmates abroad since 2012 back and forth between Singapore and the UK!

- Live-in Sub-Landlord (property owned by my family)

- Price: £1350/month (includes bills)
- Deposit: £1350 (one month rent)
- Capacity: 1 person (female only, professional preferred)
- Bathroom: Private bathroom, just for you (outside of the bedroom but right in front of it)
- Shared spaces: Spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony with only one other flatmate
- 24-Hours concierge

11-minutes walk to Canary Wharf Station (Jubilee line)
18-minutes walk to Canary Wharf Station (Elizabeth line)
2-3 minutes walk to Asian supermarkets, Tesco and Co-op

🥰 Additional notes if you are interested and considering a viewing (MUST READ):

- No pets allowed.
- No smoking.
- No pork products allowed due to my dietary preferences.
- I usually work 4 days / week at home from the living room. We can set-up a work area for you as well if you need it at the living room (yes we still have space to fit another desk :))
- This is a professional and peaceful home with a frequent soft jazz music in background. Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. 🎉 I am a part-time musician so you need to be ok with occasional music instrument sound). Student is allowed as long as you are respectful and willing to keep the house clean.
- No drugs or alcohol parties: Please maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all. Occasional party / dinner is ok as long as it has been communicated in advance.
- No additional fees: Deal directly with me as the sub-landlord (I am the niece of the landlord).
- All bills included in your rent: Gas, electricity, WiFi, council tax, and water.
- Furnished bedroom with easy layout arrangement.
- Located on the ground floor for easy access.
- Workspace in the living room (shared space, I also have my work station there)

I'm seeking a flatmate who appreciates a clean and tidy home and is willing to contribute to maintaining it. 😊 We can also consider hiring a weekly or bi-weekly cleaner to ensure the space stays spotless (costs would be shared). I like music, traveling and art, so you will expect an artsy home (plus point if you are into these things too :)).
