I am an expat in London, working as a digital marketing manager for an international education company, originally from Indonesia, and I have been living with flatmates abroad since 2012 back and forth between Singapore and the UK!

Now I have a room available 1 October 2025 (moving date negotiable, but not before this date)! Professional is preferred and this room is for FEMALE ONLY.

- Price: £1300/month (includes bills)
- Deposit: £1300 (one month rent)
- Capacity: 1 person (female only, professional preferred)
- Bathroom: Private, just for you
- Shared spaces: Spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony with only one other flatmate
- 24-Hours concierge
- Parking is available, but space will be shared with me (not suitable if you have your own car as I will also need to use the parking space once in a while).

- No pork products allowed: Please respect my dietary preferences.
- I usually work 4 days / week at home from the living room. We can set-up a work area for you as well if you need it at the living room (yes we still have space to fit another desk :))
- This is a professional and peaceful home: Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. 🎉 I am a part-time musician so you need to be ok with occasional music instrument sound). Student is allowed as long as you are respectful and willing to keep the house clean.
- No drugs or alcohol parties: Please maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all. Occasional party / dinner is ok as long as it has been communicated in advance.
- No additional fees: Deal directly with me as the sub-landlord (I am the niece of the landlord).
- All bills included: Gas, electricity, WiFi, council tax, and water.
- Enjoy ample bedroom size.
- Located on the ground floor for easy access.
- Ideal for those working from home due to the spacious bedroom.

I'm seeking a flatmate who appreciates a clean and tidy home and is willing to contribute to maintaining it. 😊 We can also consider hiring a weekly or bi-weekly cleaner to ensure the space stays spotless (costs would be shared). I like music, traveling and art, so you will expect an artsy home (plus point if you are into these things too :)).
