It's 8 minutes' walk to South Quay DLR and about 10 minutes to Canary Wharf station (Jubilee and Elizabeth lines), so it's perfect for anyone working in Canary Wharf. Move-in date is flexible, anytime from soon up to December.

The room comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside tables and underbed storage. The ensuite has a walk-in shower.

The flat is a 3-bed, 2-bath on the 6th floor, with a second balcony off the living room, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer, big TV, comfy sofa, and all the kitchen stuff you need.

The building has a 24/7 concierge, residents' gym, underground parking and bike storage, with a large Tesco Express and Co-op right outside.

About us: we're a friendly Indian household: a married couple (one in finance, one doing a PhD) and a tech professional. It's a social flat, but everyone has their own space too. We're all hybrid, so there's a nice mix of people in and out during the week. Pretty chilled and easy-going!

Rent: £1,382.57 a month, plus bills and a share of council tax (band F).

Just so you know, the flat is HMO-licensed, and it's a swap onto our existing joint tenancy, so you'd go through quick referencing with the letting agency.
