I have my own garden, which is great!! Flatmates are friendly and with 680 pounds including bills it's quite cheap. But good connections to the city - only 5 min walk to DLR Langdon Park and 15 min walk to Bromley-by-Bow (District & Hammersmith and City line).
Management fixes issues asap too.
