I'm friendly and happy to chat or grab dinner sometimes, but I also value my own space and will respect yours.
I'm also a content creator, so I'll occasionally film in the flat. I'm always considerate about it, but you'd need to be comfortable with that.
You'd be a great fit if you:

• Keep shared spaces clean and tidy
• Are respectful of noise, space and privacy
• Are a non-smoker (this includes vaping)
