We're looking for someone to take over a double room on the ground floor, 5 minutes from Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon, and 10 minutes from Wimbledon Station.
Our flatmate is moving out, and right now there are three of us girls. We don't have preference for a girl or a guy joins us. We all work full-time, so the house is usually quiet and clean, and we'd expect the same from whoever moves in.
The rent is £870 a month, all bills included, and it's available from August 15th.
