Wonderful house with big room available

We’re a friendly and relaxed house looking for a fourth professional housemate (female) to join our home. The current household is made up of three females who enjoy a balance of socialising together and having our own space and routines.

The house itself is spacious and well kept, with a bathroom, kitchen, a good-sized dining room and a comfortable lounge with Netflix and broadband. There’s also a garden and shed, which is perfect for summer barbeques or relaxing outside. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer for convenience.

Outside of work, we’re quite active and enjoy things like CrossFit, yoga, music and hiking. We also like travelling and making the most of what London has to offer. From time to time we’ll share a glass of wine together or watch Netflix, but everyone also has their own lives.

The available room is a bright double room with plenty of storage space (two built in wardrobes ) and lots of natural light. The house is located in a peaceful part of South Wimbledon with some cute cafes in walking distance.

Transport links are excellent:
South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line) is just a 5-minute walk away
The tram stop is also about a 5-minute walk
Wimbledon town centre is around a 10-minute walk
Nearby buses include the 93, 152, 163 and 164
South Wimbledon to Waterloo or London Bridge takes around 30 minutes

We have a simple cleaning rota and pay bills monthly. Bills are £124 per person, and any increases during the year are shared equally among housemates.

We’re an easy going, friendly household and are looking for someone similar who’d enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming home.
