I am looking for a female lodger to rent my spare double room, with share of bathroom. My house has been recently renovated downstairs including brand new kitchen with all mod cons, new dining extension area and patio. The living room has also been redecorated and re furnished. There is a garden and patio space at the back of the house which is in a quiet safe friendly street.

The house is walking distance from a range of supermarkets and South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood tube stations. Close to all amenities- gym / parks / Hotpod yoga.

This would be ideal for someone looking for a quiet, comfortable living space who is tidy and professional. I work in a university full time with a split between wfh and in the office. I enjoy running, bootcamp, yoga and cooking in my new kitchen.

I am looking for a professional female who is tidy and good company in the evenings. The room is available now. I am open to short term and longer term arrangements. This is not suitable for couples.
