Since my partner and I are starting the next big chapter and getting our first shared space together, it is with great joy and sadness that I present to the single London rental market:

The shared living room is a good size and gets plenty of light. The kitchen is large with lots of storage, plus washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

You would be sharing with two easy-going housemates: a performing arts engineer in hislate 20s, and a charity worker in her early 40s. Both are tidy, sociable and happy to give each other space.

Rent is £733.33 pcm. Bills come to roughly £150 pcm per person on top, split three ways and run by the tenants, so there is no guesswork about what you owe.

The landlord is responsive and sorts things quickly, which makes a real difference.

Furniture:
- Room comes with the bed and wardrobe as standard.
- The desk, bed-side units, and bookcase are mine
- If you would like the desk and/or bed-side unit(s) then you can have them for a reasonable extra cost. Like £25 for the desk and £10 or so per unit
