🏡 Bright & Spacious Double Room in South Wimbledo

We’re Shumaila and Ellis, two friends looking for the right person to join our home in South Wimbledon.

The room is bright, spacious and available now!

A little bit about us:
We have lived in this house for about 3 years now, we're in our late thirties and have a pretty relaxed but busy lifestyle. Between work, the gym, films, dinners and the occasional few glasses of wine, we like having a home that feels friendly, quiet and comfortable.
We enjoy the occasional dinner with friends, but we also have our own lives and respect each other's space.
Shumaila is often away, so I'm looking for someone else to help keep the spiders under control or occasionally watch Netflix? 😂

We both work hybrid, so ideally you'd also work in an office with the occasional work-from-home day.

📍 Location
10-minute walk to South Wimbledon Tube station
15-minute walk to Wimbledon Tube and railway stations, or around 3 minutes by bike
5-minute walk to the tram stop, with connections towards Wimbledon and Croydon

💸 Rent & bills
£850 per month, including all bills to pay to the landlady
Internet: £15 per month to pay to Ellis
Deposit: £850, managed by our lovely landlady, Gemma.
You will speak to her and sign your contract and deposit once we decide you are the right fit and can ask her any questions :)
Parking (with permit to pay) available outside the house

📅 Move-in date
The room is vacant and ready now. We'd ideally love to find the right person by 1 November.

We're looking for someone friendly, considerate, CLEAN and easy to live with, who enjoys a chat or the occasional shared dinner but is also happy doing their own thing.
We clean the house ourselves so you must keep up with bins, and general keep a clean place.
