BECAUSE OF COVID-19 I'M looking for someone or a couple that will clean up after. We clean the bathroom and the toilet often, we have kitchen/dinning room, shower/ bathroom.. and separate toilet. The broadband is fibre optic and fast. There's a free standing hanger... open cabinet for displaying, a plaza TV in the room. built-in rod robe, there's a small mirror by the door, a new large seven chest off draws and a small one too, new king size double bed. There's a desk you could have if you want it! The rent is £160 per week. which includes internet, all bills, council tax. there's one months security deposit to be paid. were're near to south Wimbledon tube station, and about 20 mins walk from British Rail Hayden's Road station with Thames Link into the city or 35 mins on the Northern Line from south Wimbledon tube station into the west end or the city centre, ten minutes by bus or twenty minutes walking to the main line station, (Wimbledon) where you can get British Rail, The Tram and The District Line Tube. you can get buses like the 131 from Kingston via New Malden to Tooting Broadway the other way. There's buses from Kingston to Richmond or Twickenham. The 152 to New Malden the 200 passes from Ryan's Park to Mitcham town centre. The 57 goes from Kingston and passes through Wimbledon and south Wimbledon/Tooting Broadway and Streatham were you can get a bus down the hill to Brixton Market and the city and Kings Cross. you can also get the 44 bus from tooting Broadway to Victoria the 77 to Waterloo and the 264 to Croydon town centre. The 219 passes by from Wimbledon to south Wimbledon to tooting Broadway/ tooting Bec and Clapham Junction, the 155 passes the house and comes from Elephant & Castle to Tooting Bec /tooting Broadway and passes south Wimbledon tube station after midnight to Morden station.
