Double in friendly beautiful house with lounge

Our fully furnished house is located within a 2 minute walk to South Wimbledon tube for the Northern Line or a 10 minute walk to the train station for National Rail, Tram link and the District Line. It is also very accessible to many 24 hour bus services. The house is near many supermarkets and the high street shops.

The room is a double bedroom containing double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair and large smart TV.

The house has 7 beds 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house has recently been completely refurbished. It has a separate lounge & kitchen, TV, washing machine, tumble-drier, dishwasher, gas central heating and a good-sized garden. A cleaner visits once a week to clean communal areas.

Currently there are six professionals living in the house, two girls and four guys, all in their 20's. We enjoy going out at the weekends, it's a great atmosphere in the house that is nice and chilled out. We are looking for a like minded female housemate to share our home and to keep the ratio of males and females reasonably even. Please no couples, agents or students.
