The flat is on the ground floor with a lovely patio. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Two separate fridge freezers and comfortable space for preparing food and eating in the kitchen. ☺️
There's no restricted parking space. Very clean environment
The property is shared with one female only. As a current tenant I am sociable, bubbly considered, trustworthy and reliable lady, typical extrovert. Always ready to listen and help, if required.
At the same time quiet and peaceful after a long day at work.
The atmosphere is friendly, well mannered and respectful.
Keeping the place tidy and clean would be great and much appreciated. Friends and visitors are welcome. Gone are the days of living in a place with loud music and long parties.
