The flat is 1 minute walk to South Woodford Station and good Night bus connection from Tottenham Court Rd. It is next to the highstreet with a Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer’s, Waitrose, there is also a Tesco 10 min walk from the flat.
Lots of great independent cafes and places to eat (Greggs, Subway, Nando’s, Pizza Express, KFC ...).
GP, Post Office and all the banks (Barclay’s, HSBC, Nationwide, Lloyds) are less than 5 minutes walk from the flat.
You would be living with my two housemates Chris and Jack!
Looking for friendly, easy going, social person to replace me!
Roughly £630 pcm including bills!
The room is available from October 1st but happy to move out earlier if needed ☺️
