Double room in family house with garden

Large double room to let in a family house. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. I have two daughters who are 12 and 14 who live here part time. We also share the house with our cat, Marmalade. We’re looking for a kind, professional woman or female student, to share our house!
The room is furnished and includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and office chair for working from home. There is a large garden which you are welcome to use and outdoor dining furniture.
The house is located in Wanstead, a 10 min walk from South Woodford / Snaresbrook tubes or 15 min from Wanstead. We are also served by a local bus that goes to Whipps Cross Hospital. Wanstead is a beautiful place to live, close to the Epping Forest and served by a high street with M&S, Gail’s and Ginger Pig.
