Lovely ensuite double room in gorgeous house

This is a lovely double room with ensuite in a lovely three storey four bed roomed house in a tree lined no through road in South Woodford.

We are close to 2 parks and the shops and bars of South Woodford's George Lane are less than a 10 minute walk away. It's also a ten minute walk to South Woodford tube station, where the central line will speed you through to the City in 20 minutes, Canary Wharf in 15 and the West End in 25. We are 10 minutes away from the Olympic park at Stratford and the beautiful Epping Forest where there are loads of walking and biking trails.

There is on street parking if you have a car. If you ride a bike you can store it in the garden but not in the house.

There are two us in the house, me and my 16 year old son.
We are busy people who work and study during the day, and we will be happy to give you hints and tips if you are new to living in London.

The room is on the top floor of the 3 storey house, which is not shared with anyone else, so we won't be living on top of each other. We only live on the ground and first floors so it's really private. It has it's own TV and freeview box, lots of storage and hanging space and a great view over the large garden. The ensuite has a power shower, washbasin and WC.

You will have full access to the rest of the house. There is a fully fitted kitchen where you will have space to store your food, and a utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer. All crockery, cutlery and glassware is included.
