The space includes a large bedroom, separate living room space and bathroom (shared with 1 other housemate), and shared kitchen.

My house is a lovely, large 3 floor period building, on a family road with a garden. 7 mins walk from South Woodford station (on the central line) and 15mins walk from Wanstead High Street - It’s a safe area with lots of cosy pubs, great walks, yummy restaurants and Sunday markets.

20mins commute to Liverpool Street.

We’re looking for an easygoing, clean, respectful professional who enjoy socialising but also has separate life.

Bills added to the cost (£200 a month). The room is available immediately.
