We have a nice room for rental double for a single person ,share kitchen and bathroom, no parking you need a permit from the council ,no living room .

We want someone who has an office to work ,no remote .

Further no excuse to pay rent, no drugs or alcohol abuse or use mental health to attack others ,not a party house .

We someone nice as we live in peace and clean .References and id or passport need to be seen .
Someone drama free and that is clean and tidy with their stuff and around please.
