I’ll be moving back in with my parents so breaking my lease after 6 months so looking for someone to continue on the 6 months lease and beyond (available for a contract renewal in July so you can stay for longer).

Room is available from January 10th 2025.

I live with 2 amazing women who are outgoing and VERY social housemates. This is definitely a home and not a regular house share so looking for someone to add the friendly dynamic.

Bills are roughly £143 per month. You will take on the role as ‘lead tenant’ and have the responsibilities of paying the bills (the girls always transfer on time at the end of the month and we typically use Splitwise).

The room is partially furnished! Comes with a bed, a wardrobe and chest of draws but I will be taking my desk with me. Dark coloured curtains are available to put up as well which will be staying.

South Woodford station is located a 4 mins walk away with Liverpool Street station being a 20 minute train ride.

Lots of food shops locally and the area is very family orientated!
