My friend and I are looking for a third person to rent out one of the rooms of this flat.
It's super close to south woodford station and quite newly refurbished.
One of the rooms currently has a single bed, but it could fit a double and they would be happy to arrange that. We'd also like the dining chairs and table to be replaced.
A bit about us:
I'm Elena, 23, recently graduated with an MSc and now working in veterinary practices. Natalia, 23, also just graduated with an MSc and is now working in hospitality.
We would love to make a super cozy home to spend our free time!! We both enjoy cooking, cleanliness and our own space, but are always down for some social time.
