Looking for a long term housemate to join my lovely South Woodford home!

Beautiful bright unfurnished double room with clean carpets, available start of April or sooner.

The house:
The house has lovely high ceilings, has a big open plan kitchen/living room (you have to see it in person to capture the beauty!)
The living room is big and bright with massive bay windows.
I also have a garden which has a lot of potential but needs some TLC.
Bathroom has a shower/tub situation. There’s also a toilet downstairs as you enter the house & plenty of storage space which is rare for London! The house also runs across 2 floors .

Looking for someone who has a similar schedule to me but also don’t mind being passing ships In the night.

About me:
I’m Tara, 29 years old and I work in Media putting adverts on TV, Cinema snd Radio. I’m a film photography, love knitting and I’m partial to a lime bike or 2 loool

This is a great home if you’re looking for a peaceful palace and not a party house but do love a gathering every now & then.
It’s a cosy, super tidy, serene and chill house, so would love someone who wants to help co-create a home.

Transport:
I’m a 15min walk away from South Woodford station (Zone 4 Central line) & there is a corner shop just off the road which is convenient if you can’t be bothered to walk to the BIG Tesco (10mins walk).
