Spacious double room

Spacious house with shared living room, big kitchen, and one bathroom. Three rooms. One double room available. Females in the house. We would prefer a female as a new flatmate. I am a PhD student and the other person is a chef. I work from home mostly. I will move out around June. This won't affect the contract. We are very quiet and clean. We have two bird pets that i will be taking with me when i leave. They are not caged. The house is in the vicinity of many supermarkets, a three-minute walk. Around a ten-minute walk to the center line. Very safe area. The room comes furnished but not decorated, so you can chose how to decorate it. Please message me if interested.
