I have a spacious double room available from February onwards. I’ll be away during that month, so you’ll have the flat to yourself!
You'll have access to:

The room is big, has a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and also, has a south-facing window overlooking the garden, so it gets natural light all day 🌞 and feels very private.
The flat is on a quiet road in South Woodford, North East London – perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful, suburban feel. It’s also great for nature lovers:
• 5 minutes from Epping Forest
• 15 minutes from Highams Park Lake

Transport links:
• 15-minute walk to South Woodford Station (Central Line – 30 mins to the City)
• 18-minute walk to Highams Park Overground Station - Weaver line
• Bus stop right around the corner for easy connections

There’s a small Tesco at the end of the road which comes in handy sometimes!
