South Woodford flat, 5 mins from tube

I'm moving out of my room in a 2-bed flat located in South Woodford, 5 mins walk from the central line, about 40 mins into central.

The room will be available early march. My tenancy officially ends 15th March, but I will be moving sooner.

Rent: £800 not including bills

You'll be sharing with Steph (26). Shes currently working as a lecturer so office hours and around most evenings.

Looking for someone who is chilled out, up for a evening in and a movie. Someone who is tidy and willing to help around the flat.

I bought some of the furniture in the bedroom including the bed frame, chest of drawers and a little storage unit under the desk. I will probably be taking them with me when I move but open to offers if you'd like them.

All of the flats come with its own private storage unit, basically a garage so plenty of space for storing things like suitcases.

Note: Flat is on 2nd floor, no lift.
