South Woodford flat, 5 mins from tube

I'm moving out of my room in a 2-bed flat located in South Woodford, 5 mins walk from the central line. 10 mins to stratford, and about 30 mins into central.

The room will be available early march. My tenancy officially ends 15th March, but I will be moving sooner.

Rent: £800 not including bills

You'll be sharing with Steph (26). Shes currently working as a lecturer so office hours and around most evenings.

Looking for someone who is chilled out, up for a evening in and a movie. Someone who is tidy and willing to help around the flat.

I bought some of the furniture in the bedroom including the bed frame, chest of drawers and a little storage unit under the desk. I'll most likely be leaving the bed but hoping to sell it onto the next tennant if you're interested?

All of the flats come with its own private storage unit, basically a garage so plenty of space for storing things like suitcases.

Note: Flat is on 2nd floor, no lift.
