Bright and comfortable double bedroom available in a modern 2-bed flat. You’ll only be sharing with one person – me, an easygoing and friendly guy working as a personal trainer and massage therapist.

The room comes with a brand-new bed, wardrobe, and plenty of space to make it your own. There’s also a spacious shared living room, plus extra wardrobes in the living area for additional storage.

I’m quite laid-back and enjoy my own space, but I’m also up for the occasional chat or a drink together now and then. It’s all about having a relaxed and comfortable home.

The flat is in a great location, with Sainsbury’s just a 1-minute walk away, plus other local shops nearby. South Woodford station is about a 5-minute walk, making it really convenient for getting around.
