At the moment, there are two women living in the flat, one works part-time, and myself, working full-time. The flat is quiet and tidy, so we are looking for a tidy and respectful person (preferably a woman).
No parties or heavy alcohol consumption, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden if you wish.
We will need references from your employer (to confirm that you are working) and from your previous landlord to confirm that you do not have any rent arrears.
