Entire upstairs of house.

I am looking for a single professional person to rent the upstairs of my house on a Monday to Friday basis, although less days would be considered.
My house is a 2 bedroom terrace and you would be the sole occupier of the first floor .The upstairs consists of bedroom, bathroom and lounge/kitchenette. There will only be access to the upstairs of the house.
South Woodford is on the central line ,and takes only 25 minutes into the centre.
The flat would suit someone looking for privacy and not wanting to share with other people. But has there own home to go back to at weekends.
My last mon-fri lodger Neil who had a contract in Canary Wharf stayed for over 3 years. No visitors or overnight stays allowed. No working from home.
The flat will not be used by anyone else at weekends so you are free to leave your things each week. There is also free parking outside the house.
